Domestic & International – Nonprofit Group Discount: Attendees from member nonprofit organizations that register as a group (3 or more) are eligible to receive a discounted rate of $499 for the entire conference. Group registrations must be submitted at the same time. The group discount ONLY applies to domestic and international nonprofits.

If you have dietary requirements, please notify DMA Customer Service by Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 212.790.1500 or email customerservice@the-dma.org.

CANCELLATION / TRANSFERS / CHANGES/ POLICY:

If you must cancel or transfer/change a registration, please submit your request in writing by Monday, July 11, 2016, to DMA Customer Service via fax at 212.302.7643, e-mail to customerservice@the-dma.org, or mail to: eec/DMA Customer Service, 1333 Broadway, Suite #301, New York, NY 10018.

Registrations canceled, on or before Monday, July 11, 2016, will be fully refunded minus a $150 processing fee. Cancellations received after Tuesday, July 12, 2016, will forfeit their registration fee in its entirety. However, you may transfer your registration to someone else without penalty. No refunds will be issued for any missed sessions or events, including sessions missed due to travel delays or cancellations. After Thursday, July 28, 2016 all transfers/changes must be made on-site. You must register by Thursday, July 21, 2016 to be listed in the official conference roster.
